Music and food have one happy marriage at Firehouse 12. This massive building in the heart of New Haven has a little something for everyone, whether you want to check out a show, have a great meal, or record some music of your own.
Firehouse 12 consists of four parts: a record label, performance venue, restaurant and studio. It’s a music lover’s paradise for all things technical, experimental, and established about music, and it’s just a fun place to soak up the vibe and have a meal or drink. Check out the website for a list of upcoming performances, or to find out how you can book your own act at the venue.
The restaurant features executive chef Mark Scialabba from local favorite The Study creating a high-end, farm-to-table menu. This isn’t the bar food you’d expect at a concert venue, but rather a classy offering of snacks and upscale bar food. Check out the menu online, or use their site for the music resources that make Firehouse 12 such a unique establishment.
