Grab a Bowl of Pho at Noodle House

If you haven't tried pho yet, New Haven has a new spot dishing out the authentic Asian soup: Noodle House. It debuted two months ago with a full roster of pho, Thai curries, and Thai noodle dishes. Go for the traditional beef pho for your first bowl, a mix of rice noodles in house-made beef broth with sliced beef, meatballs, sprouts, celery, basil, and cilantro.

You can also sink a fork into the classic pad Thai, a plate of pan-fried noodles with bean sprouts, ground peanut, and a sweet-sour tamarind sauce. If you're craving a curry, Noodle House offers an entire rainbow's worth of options, including a spicy green curry with bell peppers, string beans, zucchini, basil, eggplant, and bamboo shoots over white rice. Steam dumplings, exotic small bites, and specialty salads round out the menu at Noodle House.
