New Haven Restaurant Week

New Haven restaurant week is happening April 3rd- April 8th, and residents here at 360 State Street can take advantage of dining at some of New Haven’s top restaurants at a great price!

For a set fixed price, New Haven residents can make their way to their favorite local spots or use it as an excuse to try someplace new and enjoy a fabulous meal!  Lunch starts at $20 while dinner prices begin at $34, and all meals are 3 courses so you get your money’s worth from this great deal!

Over 25 local restaurants will participate in this engaging event for residents. Not only are there several places to choose from but a wide variety of food choices are among this combination of top New Haven eateries. Sit down and enjoy some tasty spanish tapas one night, and the next enjoy some delicious asian cuisine. Wine bars, bistros, cafes and much more are all a part of this Spring’s restaurant week.

Almost half of these restaurants are conveniently located a short distance from 360 State Street—close enough to even walk! Most restaurants are also conveniently close to the Metro-North train station. Here are highlights of a few close by if you are looking to stay close to your apartment.

Temple Grill: For $32 you can enjoy appetizer such as risotto with wild mushrooms, main entree such as veal or salmon and dessert to wrap the meal up! Temple Grill is a seven minute walk around the corner from us here at 360 State Street!

Union League Cafe: Serving up French cuisine this spot is located just 9 minutes away by foot from your 360 State Street. Main entrees include sauteed redfish skillet and vegetable risotto.

116 Crown: One of the closest participating restaurants to use here at 360 State Street, 116 Crown is a five minute walk away! Main entrees include oysters, pasta dishes and fried eggplant.

Reservations are very highly recommended, as most restaurants expect a full house daily for both lunch and dinner. Make sure to take a break from those expensive city dinners if you are a commuter and stop by a local restaurant, it could be your new favorite go to place!
